ASTROWEARZ — Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility:- We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. Sale items and customised/printed-to-order products are final sale and not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return:-  Email us at astrowearz5@gmail.com with your order number, item(s) to return, and reason. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges:- We offer exchanges for size or defective items only, subject to stock availability. Contact us at astrowearz5@gmail.com to arrange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:- If you received a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
