ASTROWEARZ — Shipping Policy

**1. Processing Time**

All orders are processed within **2–5 business days** after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

**2. Domestic Shipping (India)**

- Standard Delivery: 5–8 business days

- Express Delivery: 2–3 business days (where available)

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

**3. International Shipping**

We ship to select international destinations. Delivery timelines are **10–21 business days** depending on the destination country. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

**4. Order Tracking**

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order on our **Track Order** page at astrowearz.com/pages/track-order.

**5. Shipping Delays**

ASTROWEARZ is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, strikes). We will do our best to keep you informed.

**6. Lost or Undelivered Packages**

**7. Address Accuracy**

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. ASTROWEARZ is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
