At ASTROWEARZ, we are committed to ensuring you receive the right product. Please read our exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.
What We Offer
We offer product exchanges only. We do not offer monetary refunds or store credits under any circumstances.
Eligible Exchange Cases
- Incorrect Size: If you received a product in the wrong size or wish to exchange for a different size, we will arrange an exchange subject to stock availability.
Conditions for Exchange
- Exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size is unavailable, we will work with you to find the best alternative.
- Customised or printed-to-order products are not eligible for exchange.
How to Request an Exchange
- Email us at astrowearz5@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number, the item you received, and the reason for exchange (with photos if applicable).
- We'll respond within 2 business days with further instructions.
Important Note
We do not offer cash refunds, payment reversals, or store credits. All sales are final except in the eligible exchange cases mentioned above.
